Kamil Sattar (Ecom King) Review & Net Worth 2026: Is He Legit?

Kamil Sattar has one of the biggest dropshipping channels on YouTube: 620,000 subscribers and nearly 960 free videos. So when people see his paid mentorship, two questions come up fast. How much is he actually worth, and is the mentorship worth $2,500 to $5,000 when a lot of his teaching is free?

Most "Ecom King net worth" articles repeat the same guesses. We went to the documents instead: his UK company filings, the terms of service for his mentoring program, and his own sales page. Here's what they show.

How We Researched This

We haven't taken Kamil's mentorship, so this isn't a hands-on course review. On October 7, 2026, we checked:

  • His company records and filed accounts on Companies House, the UK government's official company register

  • The pricing and program details on the Ecom Mentoring website, plus its terms of service (last updated May 2026)

  • His YouTube channel and a 2022 interview on the Shopify blog

  • The public reviews on his booking page and review platforms like Trustpilot

Company accounts are filed by Kamil's own company and aren't audited, which is normal for small UK businesses. We use them because they're the closest thing to hard numbers that exists for him.

Who Is Kamil Sattar (The Ecom King)?

Kamil Sattar, full name Mohammed Kamil Sattar, is a British entrepreneur from the West Midlands who teaches dropshipping and ecommerce under the name The Ecom King. His YouTube channel lists his birthday as May 10, 1999, and Companies House lists his birth month as May 1999, which matches. That makes him 27.

In a 2022 interview with Shopify, Kamil said he started dropshipping in 2017, lost thousands of dollars in his first year, and then did over $1 million in revenue by his second year. He's since built his brand on YouTube, where he posts store builds, product research, and TikTok marketing tutorials. In that same interview, he said the TikTok organic method needs $300 to $500 to start, compared with $2,000 to $3,000 for traditional paid ads.

Kamil Sattar (Ecom King) Review & Net Worth 2026: Is He Legit?

The key thing to understand about Kamil is where his money likely comes from today. It's not just his own stores. It's teaching: YouTube, consultations, and his mentorship company.

Kamil Sattar Net Worth in 2026

Nobody outside Kamil's circle knows his exact personal net worth, and any site that gives you a precise figure is guessing. What we can do is look at what's on public record.

His main business, E-Commerce Mentoring Ltd (company number 12220478), was set up in September 2019 and lists Kamil as its director. Its most recent accounts, filed on September 30, 2026, cover the year to September 30, 2025:

A few things stand out. Net assets grew by about £90,000 in 2024, then slowed to about £24,000 in 2025. Most of the company's value sits in listed investments, which jumped by roughly £206,000 in 2024 and then stayed at £777,983. These are recorded at cost, so their market value today could be higher or lower. Cash has dropped to under £1,000. The company is also lean on paper, with an average of one employee.

Our estimate

On the record, E-Commerce Mentoring Ltd alone was worth £575,879 on paper at the end of September 2025, or about $775,000 at the exchange rate at the time. That's a floor, not a ceiling. It doesn't include his YouTube income, any personal savings or property, his past involvement in Peeksta, or anything earned since late 2025.

Kamil Sattar (Ecom King) Review & Net Worth 2026: Is He Legit?

So a fair way to put it: Kamil Sattar is very likely worth at least $775,000, and plausibly more than $1 million once his personal assets and YouTube earnings are counted. We couldn't find any documents that support a much higher number.

Ecom King Mentorship: Price and What You Get

Kamil's paid offer is now called Ecom Mentoring, a six-week program focused on AI-assisted ecommerce. There are two tiers:

Who runs your calls

Inder or Nail

Inder or Nail

Both tiers follow the same six stages: product research and validation, store build and conversion, creatives and paid ads, scaling, operations and automation, and long-term brand growth.

Two details on the sales page are easy to miss, and they matter:

  • Kamil doesn't run your calls. The site is upfront about it: "Kamil does not conduct the weekly student calls." He designs the system, trains the mentors, and reviews their work. Your calls are with Inder or Nail, two former students the site says built seven-figure dropshipping businesses.

  • The tuition isn't your only cost. The site says you should have at least $1,000 available for the business itself, since ads, Shopify, software, and samples are separate.

So the realistic starting cost is $3,500 for the Launch tier and $6,000 for the 1-to-1 tier, before any product has made a sale.

Ecom King Refund Policy: No Refunds

This is the most important part of this review. Section 6 of the Ecom Mentoring terms of service is titled "No Refunds" and says that under no circumstances does the program give refunds. By paying, you accept that.

Section 5 adds that results aren't guaranteed, and Section 6 says that if you don't get results because you didn't follow the program, that's your responsibility. The website itself also says clearly that results aren't guaranteed and that student figures are self-reported.

Two other clauses are worth reading before you pay:

  • Missed calls aren't rescheduled. Section 7 says time you miss during the program won't be reused or rescheduled.

  • A "defamation of brand" clause. Section 8 says defaming the brand can lead to your program being cancelled and possible legal action. This doesn't stop you leaving an honest review, but it's unusual, and it may explain why so few detailed public reviews exist.

Kamil Sattar (Ecom King) Review & Net Worth 2026: Is He Legit?

One inconsistency: the terms promise "1 weekly coaching call," while the $5,000 tier advertises three calls a week. The FAQ tells buyers to use the free fit call to ask questions before paying. With a no-refund policy, we'd take that advice seriously and get the call schedule in writing.

Is Kamil Sattar Legit?

Yes, in the sense that matters most: he's a real, identifiable business owner with a registered UK company, public accounts, and years of free content. That's more transparency than a lot of online gurus offer.

Whether the mentorship is worth it is a different question. Here's the evidence on both sides.

What Works in His Favor

What to Be Careful About

Registered UK company with public accounts since 2019

No refunds under any circumstances

620K subscribers and nearly 960 free videos to judge his teaching first

You're mentored by his students, not by Kamil

Sales page openly says results aren't guaranteed and "Sales are not profit"

Headline student results are self-reported store sales, not profit

Long-form student interviews instead of one-line testimonials

Very few independent reviews. His booking page has 7 reviews, all around four years old

Clear list of what each tier includes

Terms threaten legal action over "defamation of brand"

On student results: the site's biggest example is $7,042,738.43 in store sales over 365 days, marked as student-provided. It's a big number, but revenue isn't profit. Dropshipping margins are usually thin once ads, products, and refunds are paid, so read every result on the page with that in mind. Our guide to how much dropshippers really make breaks down what typical margins look like.

We also looked for independent reviews. We couldn't find a Trustpilot profile for his mentoring company. The reviews on his booking page are all 5 stars, but there are only seven and they're about four years old, from when Kamil still ran consultation calls himself.

Should You Buy the Ecom King Mentorship?

It could be worth it if you:

  • Have already tested a few products and want direct feedback on your store and ads

  • Can afford $3,500 to $6,000 without needing it back

  • Want weekly accountability more than more video content

  • Are fine working with his mentors instead of Kamil

You should probably skip it if you:

  • Are brand new and haven't watched his free YouTube content yet

  • Would need a refund if it doesn't work out

  • Are paying with borrowed money or your last savings

Our honest suggestion: start with his free channel. Build one store using his videos and tools like AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, or Minea for product research. If you get stuck on specific problems after that, a mentor becomes much more useful, and you'll know whether his style works for you before paying.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Kamil Sattar's net worth?

His main company, E-Commerce Mentoring Ltd, reported net assets of £575,879 (about $775,000) in its accounts for the year to September 2025. His personal net worth is likely higher once YouTube income and personal assets are included, but there's no public figure for that.

How old is Kamil Sattar?

He was born on May 10, 1999, which makes him 27 in 2026.

How much is the Ecom King mentorship?

$2,500 for the Launch tier or $5,000 for 1-to-1 mentorship, both lasting six weeks. The site also recommends having at least $1,000 for business costs.

Does the Ecom King offer refunds?

No. Section 6 of the Ecom Mentoring terms of service says no refunds are given under any circumstances.

Will Kamil Sattar mentor me personally?

No. Your calls are with his mentors, Inder or Nail. Kamil designs the program and reviews the mentors' work.

Is the Ecom King legit or a scam?

He's a real business owner with a registered UK company and a large free YouTube library, so he's not a scam in the usual sense. The main risks are the strict no-refund policy and the lack of independent reviews of the paid program.

Bottom Line

Kamil Sattar is one of the more transparent teachers in the dropshipping space. His company files real accounts, his sales page admits results aren't guaranteed, and most of his knowledge is free on YouTube. On paper, his main company is worth over half a million pounds, putting his net worth likely somewhere above $775,000.

The mentorship is a harder call. At $2,500 to $5,000, with no refunds and calls run by his students, it only makes sense if you've already tried dropshipping, know exactly what you need help with, and can afford to lose the money. For everyone else, his free channel is the better place to start.
