Search "
Alex Becker (Hyros / Crypto Entrepreneur) net worth" and almost every result tells you the same story: he sold
Hyros for $110 million and now spends his days calling crypto coins on
YouTube.
There's one problem with that story. The sale never happened.
And that's not the only thing the bio sites miss. In the space of two months in 2025, Becker told his 1.5 million subscribers to buy small coins for 20x, then to dump everything, then to buy again for 50x, then to sell before "the REAL crash". In the small print under those videos, he discloses that he's a paid advisor for many of the projects he talks about.

We went back to the primary sources: SEC filings, his own posts on X, the publish dates and disclaimers on his videos, and Hyros' reviews and pricing. Here's what's real, what's hype, and what he's actually worth.

Who Is Alex Becker?
Alex Becker (Hyros / Crypto Entrepreneur) is based in Texas, according to his X profile. His IQ.wiki profile says he was born in Dallas in 1988, joined the US Air Force in 2007 and served as an aircraft firefighter until 2011, leaving at 23 to work on internet marketing full time.
He's been blunt about how that started. In an August 2026 post on X, he wrote that when he got out of the military, he had $6,000. His theory is that most people who get rich hit a point where failure simply wasn't an option.

His first business was Source Wave, an SEO software and training company. Then came Market Hero, an email marketing tool, which later evolved into
Hyros. Along the way he wrote a book, The 10 Pillars of Wealth, and built one of the biggest money channels on
YouTube.

The $110 Million Hyros Sale That Didn't Happen
In December 2022, marketing company Banzai announced it would acquire
Hyros for approximately $110 million, as part of Banzai's plan to go public by merging with a SPAC called 7GC & Co. Holdings. Becker celebrated on X, calling it a "9 figure acquisition" his team had worked on for over a year.

In March 2023,
Hyros named a new CEO, adtech veteran Inman Breaux, and Becker became Chief Revenue Officer focused on product.
Then, in August 2023, Banzai amended its SPAC deal. Its press release, filed with the SEC, says it plainly: "Banzai and
Hyros agreed to terminate the
Hyros Merger Agreement on August 1, 2023." Banzai went public without
Hyros.

The deal still tells us something useful. In late 2022, a company preparing to list on Nasdaq was willing to put a price of about $110 million on
Hyros. That's a real number for his main asset. It just isn't money in his bank account.
What Is Hyros?
Hyros is ad tracking software. It tries to show businesses which ads actually produce sales, across
Facebook,
Google,
TikTok,
YouTube and email, instead of trusting each platform's own reporting.

It's built for businesses spending serious money on ads, and it's priced that way.
Detail | What We Found |
|---|---|
Pricing | Custom quotes only. No public price list |
Reported median cost | About $25,249 a year, based on five buyer reports collected by CostBench |
Contract | Annual minimum, with 30 days' notice to cancel, per CostBench |
Free trial | None listed |
4.9 from 704 reviews, 94% five stars (October 2026) | |
Common complaints | Tricky setup, overpromising, and billing after cancellation |
Most reviews praise the onboarding team by name, and recent ones from early 2026 describe fast, hands-on setup calls. The 4% one-star reviews are still worth reading before you sign an annual contract, especially the ones about cancellation.
Alex Becker and Crypto: The Track Record
Becker's
YouTube channel has 1.57 million subscribers and 288 videos. It started with business and self-improvement content, then went all-in on crypto during the 2021 bull market. These are his most-watched videos:

The 2021 "15x" series
The publish dates tell the story better than any opinion could:
Video | Published | What the Market Did Next |

5 Crypto Coins That Will 15x In DEC | October 21, 2021 | Bitcoin peaked about three weeks later, in November 2021 |
5 Crypto Coins That Will 15x In 30 Days | November 30, 2021 | The market was already falling |

His viewers noticed. Among the comments under the December video: "This video hits different in August 2022." Another simply says "3 months later 0 hits from coins you mentioned."

The 2025 whiplash
After roughly two years of near silence on his main channel, Becker came back in mid-2025. In just under two months, he posted this:
Date | Video | The Message |
|---|---|---|
August 13, 2025 | These Small Crypto Coins Will 20x Soon | Buy |
August 26, 2025 | DUMP IT! EXIT BITCOIN and CRYPTO Before This Crash | Sell |
September 14, 2025 | TRUMP CRASH! These 7 NEW Cryptos Will 50x In Oct | Buy |
October 11, 2025 | SELL! EXIT BITCOIN and CRYPTO Before The REAL Crash | Sell |
To be fair, the last one came at an interesting moment. Bitcoin hit its record high of about $126,000 on October 6, 2025, and on October 10 the market suffered a record crash that wiped out around $19 billion in leveraged positions. By 2026 Bitcoin had fallen to the $60,000 range. But his video went up the day after that crash, not before it.
His bigger calls haven't landed either. In August 2024 he posted on X that Bitcoin going "north of 300k" was "nearly guaranteed".
The disclaimer most viewers never read
Every one of those 2025 videos carries the same disclosure in the description. Becker writes that he wants the coins he holds to go up and has "incentive to talk about them", and adds: "I am a paid advisor for many projects I discuss." He points viewers to a holdings list in his X bio.
That's more honest than many crypto YouTubers manage, and it deserves credit. It also means you should treat any coin he mentions as something he may be paid to talk about.
Neo Tokyo and the meme coin that never launched
In October 2021, Becker co-founded Neo Tokyo with crypto YouTuber EllioTrades. It began as a puzzle-gated NFT collection called Neo Tokyo Identities, with its own token, BYTES, and NFTs traded on OpenSea. Early coverage suggested it could one day be worth billions. We couldn't find evidence it got anywhere close.
The meme coin is stranger. In November 2024, Becker posted that his lawyers had cleared him to launch one. In January 2025 he announced a partnership with Meteora for what he called the fairest launch ever, and through 2025 he kept teasing ciphers, allocations and a white list.
Then, in a June 2026 reply on X, he wrote: "There is absolutely no meme coin being launched by myself." If anyone offers you an "official
Alex Becker (Hyros / Crypto Entrepreneur) token", now you know.
Alex Becker Net Worth in 2026
There's no verified
Alex Becker (Hyros / Crypto Entrepreneur) net worth. Bio sites range from about $18 million to over $300 million, and most cite nothing but each other. Many still build their number on the
Hyros "sale" covered above.
Here's what we can actually point to:
Signal | What It Suggests | Source |
|---|---|---|
| A real valuation of his main asset, even though the deal fell through | SEC filing |
| Every 1,000 customers at that price would mean roughly $25M a year in revenue | CostBench |
704 | A sizable, active customer base | |
Paid advisory roles with crypto startups | An extra income stream, size unknown | His |
Crypto and NFT holdings | Unknown, and likely hit by the 2026 downturn | Not public |
His own comments point the same way. In a May 2026 reply on X, he said the companies he built while focused on his personal brand "are dead", and that the tech companies behind his net worth now grow through word of mouth, with zero content from him. The
YouTube guy isn't where the money is.
Hyros is.
Our take: Becker is very likely worth tens of millions, mostly through his stake in
Hyros, with crypto as the wild card. His ownership share isn't public, the 2022 deal never closed, and his crypto is exposed to a market that roughly halved from its peak. Anyone quoting an exact figure is guessing.
Is Alex Becker Legit?
As a business founder, yes.
Hyros is a real software company with hundreds of reviews and big-spending customers, and it kept going after a failed acquisition.
As a crypto voice, take him at his word: he discloses that he's paid to advise projects he talks about, and his timing has been poor more often than not.
