Dropship Breakthru Review (2026): Pricing, Refund Terms and What Reviewers Disagree On
Dropship Breakthru - Website sells high-ticket Dropshipping training from founders
Ben Knegendorf & Jon Warren. Almost every review of it is written by an affiliate. We did not buy the program. This review is built from the company's own Terms of Service and Disclaimer plus published third-party reviews. Where those sources disagree we say so instead of picking a side.
The short version: it is a real, operating business with named founders and a published refund policy. The refund policy is stricter than the marketing suggests. The company's own disclaimer says results are not typical. It is expensive for a beginner, so read the refund conditions below before you pay.

What Dropship Breakthru is
The official site describes a "proven and unique 5 step system" buF189ilt over more than 10 years, delivered with knowledge, skills and support. It also points to a podcast, a blog,
YouTube content and a
Facebook group. A third-party review says Warren and Knegendorf started the program together in 2021, though we could not confirm that date from the company itself.
The model is high-ticket Dropshipping: you sell higher-priced products and need fewer sales to cover costs, in theory. If you are new to the model, our guide on how to start dropshipping explains the basics before you spend four figures on a course.
What you get
The company does not itemize modules on its homepage, so these details come from third-party reviews and may be out of date:
A Build Phase and a Grow Phase of video training. Reviewers cite 24 modules and roughly 300 videos, though the exact counts differ between sources (one says 294, another adds up to about 306).
A free
Shopify theme and a niche verification service.Coaching calls that vary by tier. The live checkout for the $1,897 bundle lists two one-on-one coaching calls of one hour each, which matches the Gold tier. One review lists twelve calls for Platinum. Check the current tier page before you rely on any number.
A private community and, on higher tiers, a ticket to a live event.

How much Dropship Breakthru costs
The official Terms of Service lists three membership tiers:
Tier | Price in Terms of Service |
Silver | $997 |
Gold | $1,897 |
Platinum | $4,997 |

Two things complicate that table:
Two company documents agree on these prices. The Terms of Service and a
Dropship Breakthru blog post on course costs (last modified February 2025) both list Silver $997, Gold $1,897 and Platinum $4,997. Promotions exist: a "Silver Black Friday Deal" page on the company site, last modified November 18, 2025, lists $897.The live checkout shows the Gold price. The checkout page lists a
Dropship Breakthru Course Membership - Training Special" at $1,897, with a struck-through $2,997 and a "save $1,100" label. It also lists a three-payment plan of $827 per payment, which totals $2,481 and costs $584 more than paying $1,897 upfront. The checkout bundle matches the Gold tier. It lists the Grow System Course, a
Shopify Theme Optimization Course, a premium Superstore
Shopify theme, two one-on-one coaching calls, 60 days of group coaching, 60 days of premium community access, unlimited niche verification access, a lifetime private
Facebook group and lifetime access to the coursework. It also shows a "Normally: $11,593" figure that we could not verify, so treat it as a marketing anchor and not a real price. Some reviewers quote different numbers. One lists Platinum at $5,997 and others quote $1,997, $2,497 or a $1,391 promo. We could not match those to any company document, so they may reflect older funnels, bundles or promotions. Confirm the figure at checkout before you pay.
Silver and Gold include a free trial of the Elite Membership, then $97 per month. If you keep Elite, that is $1,164 over 12 months on top of the tier price. The Terms also say Elite payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, with an exception for Elite For Life, which is refundable for 30 days from purchase.
Payment plans exist. At checkout the three-payment plan is $827 three times, or $2,481 in total against $1,897 upfront. The Terms say that if your access is terminated you are not excused from remaining plan payments. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the highest rate the law allows, whichever is greater.
The course fee is only part of the cost of starting a store. Running a store means paying for a
Shopify plan, tools and advertising. The Terms themselves say the Double Down Guarantee requires paid traffic for at least 10 months. Our Amazon FBA vs dropshipping vs print on demand comparison shows how the startup costs of those models compare.

The refund policy, in plain English
This is the part most reviews skim. From the Terms of Service:
30-day money-back guarantee. You must ask within 30 days and include proof of work: a live
Shopify website, your market selection and research spreadsheet, your supplier research spreadsheet and evidence that you contacted at least 10 suppliers. No refunds after 30 days. Refunds are discretionary, as decided by
Dropship Breakthru - Website.Third-party problems do not qualify. The Terms say restrictions such as a Google Merchant Centre suspension are not a valid reason for a refund.
After a refund, your license ends and you must destroy the materials.
Coaching: one-to-one coaching is refundable for 30 days only if unused. Used sessions are not refundable.
Double Down Guarantee: applies only to Gold and Platinum. You must complete 12 months of the program and run paid traffic for at least 10 months. Approval is at the company's sole discretion.
Several third-party reviews describe the Double Down Guarantee as a promise to refund you if you do not earn $100,000 in 12 months. None of the company pages we read state that dollar figure, so treat it as unverified until you see it in writing at checkout.
The practical takeaway: the 30-day refund requires you to build a store and contact suppliers quickly, so it is a short test window, not a no-questions return.
What the company says about results
The official homepage shows student stories, including claims of more than $2M in high-ticket Dropshipping sales and $750K in under a year. The company's own Disclaimer states that income statements are examples only and "we do not present them as typical results that are achievable by everyone". It adds that you may see significantly different results or no results at all. It also says you may lose significant funds.
Read the student stories with that disclaimer beside them. We could not independently verify any individual's sales figures.
What reviewers and users say
The picture is mixed. The sources disagree on specifics:
Praise: reviewers cite a published structure of Build and Grow phases, named founders, a focus on domestic suppliers and an active community.
Criticism: reviewers cite the high upfront cost, limited coverage of social media ads and
influencer marketing and a refund window they consider short. One review also quotes a user calling it "still expensive for most beginners".
Trustpilot: the company's
Trustpilot page shows a 4.5 TrustScore from 14 reviews, all five stars, with 5 of them in the last 12 months. Trustpilot adds that the company has not recently invited customers to review and that many of the reviews were posted without a prior invitation, so they may not be representative. Fourteen reviews is a small sample for a program at this price.
Reddit: we searched for
reddit discussion and found no threads about the program. One third-party review summarizes about 10
reddit mentions as mixed, but we could not find them, so we do not rely on that claim.
Most review sites also earn commissions or promote a competing program, so weigh each one accordingly. For how we handle that on other courses, see our Dropshipping Guild review and our Biaheza dropshipping course review. If you are wondering whether the model still works at all, our Reddit-based guide on whether dropshipping is dead in 2026 covers that question.
Our verdict
Our rating: 3.5 / 5. This is our judgment from documents and published reviews, not from buying the course.
Criterion | Assessment |
Transparency about who runs it | Strong: named founders, published Terms and Disclaimer |
Price clarity | Mixed: tiers published in the Terms and a company blog post but no price on the homepage while some reviewers quote other figures |
Refund fairness | Mixed: a 30-day window with proof-of-work conditions and discretionary approval |
Evidence of typical results | Weak: the company says its examples are not typical |
Independent reviews | Weak: 14 Trustpilot reviews, all five stars with a Trustpilot representativeness note, no Reddit threads found and mostly affiliate content elsewhere |
Value for beginners | Questionable at $997 to $4,997 before ad spend |

How we checked this (methodology)
Verified from company documents:
The company name, founders and focus.
The Trustpilot score and count: 4.5 from 14 reviews, all five stars.
The live checkout: the $1,897 Gold-equivalent bundle with a struck-through $2,997, the $827 three-payment plan, the two one-on-one calls and the "30 Day + 12 Month Money Back Guarantee" label.
The three tier prices (also listed in a company blog post last modified February 2025), the $97 per month Elite Membership, the 30-day refund conditions, the Double Down Guarantee conditions, the late-payment interest rate and the payment-plan termination clause (Terms of Service).
The statement that results are not typical and that buyers may lose significant funds (Disclaimer).
Secondary sources (not relied on for facts we state without a qualifier): four third-party reviews, including one from a site that promotes a competing program and one that is a sponsored review. These supplied the module counts, coaching calls and the 2021 start date.
Unresolved:
Silver and Platinum checkout prices. We saw the live checkout only for the $1,897 bundle. Both the Terms and a company blog post list Silver at $997 and Platinum at $4,997, while one reviewer lists Platinum at $5,997.
Whether the Double Down Guarantee names a $100,000 target. We saw that figure only in third-party reviews.
Reddit sentiment. We found no threads about the program.
Prices and policies change, so confirm everything on the company's own pages before you pay.
