Matt Diggity is the founder of Diggity Marketing, The Search Initiative, LeadSpring, and Authority Builders — and one of the most respected SEO educators in the world. A former electrical engineer turned SEO entrepreneur, Matt has built, ranked, and sold multiple affiliate websites generating seven figures annually. He is widely known for his data-driven, test-based approach to SEO, running hundreds of controlled SEO experiments to determine what actually works. His Chiang Mai SEO Conference is one of the premier events in the SEO industry, attracting top practitioners from around the globe.

Content covers SEO site building and ranking strategies from scratch, affiliate marketing website creation and monetization, link building strategies — including guest posting, niche edits, and HARO, on-page SEO optimization using split-testing methodology, building and flipping websites for profit — buying undervalued sites, improving them, and selling at multiples, local SEO and lead generation business models, SEO agency building — systems, hiring, and client acquisition, technical SEO audits and site speed optimization, topical authority and content silo strategies, and AI content strategies for SEO in 2025 and beyond.

What makes Matt exceptional is his engineering mindset applied to SEO. Rather than following industry dogma, he runs controlled experiments — testing single variables across dozens of sites to determine what actually moves rankings. His transparency is rare in the SEO space; he shares both his wins and losses publicly. He has built and sold websites for six and seven figures, giving him practical exit experience that most SEO educators lack. The Chiang Mai SEO Conference he founded has become a landmark event, and his YouTube channel (200K+ subscribers) provides actionable, no-BS SEO tutorials that cut through the noise.

Matt monetizes through Diggity Marketing (SEO education and courses), The Search Initiative (high-end SEO agency), Authority Builders (link building marketplace), LeadSpring (lead generation agency), website flipping — buying, improving, and selling affiliate sites, the Chiang Mai SEO Conference, his YouTube channel with 200K+ subscribers, and his website diggitymarketing.com.
