Marie Poulin is a Notion expert, digital strategist, and the creator of Notion Mastery — one of the most respected and comprehensive Notion education programs available. As a Notion Ambassador and one of the earliest educators in the Notion ecosystem, Marie has trained thousands of entrepreneurs, creators, and teams to build powerful no-code business systems using Notion. Her approach focuses not just on Notion features but on the strategic thinking behind designing systems that actually work — combining design thinking, operations strategy, and digital tool mastery into a cohesive methodology.

Content covers Notion mastery — comprehensive training from beginner to advanced, including databases, relations, rollups, formulas, and API integrations, no-code business systems — building CRMs, project management tools, content calendars, and client portals without writing code, digital strategy for creators and entrepreneurs — designing workflows and systems that scale with your business, dashboard design — creating beautiful, functional dashboards that surface the right information at the right time, client management systems — building client onboarding, project tracking, and communication systems in Notion, content operations — editorial calendars, content pipelines, and publishing workflows for creators and teams, knowledge management — building personal and team wikis that capture institutional knowledge, course and membership design — using Notion and no-code tools to deliver educational products, automation integration — connecting Notion with Zapier, Make, and other automation platforms to create end-to-end workflows, and team operations — designing shared workspaces that improve collaboration and reduce communication overhead.

What makes Marie exceptional is her design-first approach to productivity systems. While many Notion educators focus on features and templates, Marie teaches the strategic thinking behind why certain system designs work and others fail. Her background in web design and digital strategy means her systems are not only functional but elegant — a rare combination in the productivity tool space. She is particularly skilled at helping non-technical entrepreneurs build sophisticated business infrastructure without code, democratizing capabilities that previously required developers. Her Notion Mastery program has produced some of the most impressive Notion implementations in the creator economy, with graduates going on to build Notion consulting businesses of their own.

Marie monetizes through Notion Mastery (flagship cohort-based and self-paced course), Notion templates and digital products, consulting and system design for businesses, YouTube content and educational videos, speaking at Notion and productivity conferences, her newsletter and community, and her website mariepoulin.com.

For Moonlite users, the ability to build systems without code is one of the most valuable skills in the modern economy. Notion has become the operating system for millions of businesses, teams, and individuals — and knowing how to design effective Notion systems is both a personal productivity superpower and a marketable professional skill. Marie Poulin is the gold standard for Notion education, combining technical depth with strategic thinking and design sensibility.
