Michael Mullins is the creator behind Laser Engraving 911, a leading YouTube channel dedicated to laser engraving and cutting business education. With over 10 years of experience owning his own laser engraving and fabrication shop, Michael has built a comprehensive educational platform for anyone looking to start or grow a laser business.

His content covers laser engraving machine setup and calibration, material settings for wood, acrylic, glass, leather, and metal, starting a laser engraving business from home, pricing laser engraving jobs for profit, product ideas that sell well (signs, tumblers, cutting boards, awards), machine comparisons and reviews (CO2, fiber, diode), troubleshooting common laser problems, design software tutorials (LightBurn, RDWorks), finishing techniques and post-processing, and scaling from hobby to full-time laser business.

What makes Laser Engraving 911 exceptional is the practical, shop-floor perspective. Michael is not reviewing machines from a tech journalist angle — he is sharing hard-won knowledge from running an actual production shop for a decade. His troubleshooting content alone has saved countless laser operators from costly mistakes and wasted materials.

Michael monetizes through YouTube ad revenue, his laserengraving911.com educational platform, affiliate partnerships with laser machine manufacturers and supply companies, consulting for aspiring laser business owners, sponsored content from laser industry brands, and his own laser engraving production shop. The laser engraving market is projected to reach $8B+ by 2028, driven by demand for personalized products and small-batch manufacturing.

For Moonlite users, Laser Engraving 911 demonstrates how deep technical expertise in a specific manufacturing niche can build a substantial creator business. The laser engraving community is rapidly growing as machine prices drop and demand for personalized products increases. Michael has positioned himself as the trusted authority that new laser owners turn to first.
