Ken McElroy is one of the most respected commercial and multifamily real estate investors and educators in the world. He is a Rich Dad Advisor to Robert Kiyosaki, the author of bestselling books including The ABCs of Real Estate Investing, The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing, and The ABCs of Property Management, and the principal of MC Companies — a real estate investment firm that has acquired and managed over $1 billion in real estate assets. With over 500,000 YouTube subscribers and 20 million annual views, Ken provides institutional-level real estate education to individual investors.

Content covers multifamily and apartment investing — how to analyze, acquire, and manage apartment complexes, commercial real estate fundamentals — office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use investing, real estate market cycle analysis — identifying when and where to buy or sell, property management systems — building a professional management operation, raising capital for real estate — syndication, partnerships, and investor relations, real estate due diligence — inspecting properties, reviewing financials, and assessing risk, 1031 exchanges and tax strategies for real estate investors, building a real estate investment team — brokers, property managers, attorneys, and CPAs, asset management — maximizing NOI through revenue optimization and expense control, and understanding real estate financing — commercial loans, bridge loans, and creative structures.

What makes Ken exceptional is the sheer scale of his real-world experience. He is not a guru who teaches theory — he has personally acquired, managed, and operated over $1 billion in real estate assets through MC Companies. His books are considered foundational reading in the real estate investing community, recommended by Robert Kiyosaki alongside Rich Dad Poor Dad. His YouTube channel provides detailed deal breakdowns, market analysis, and property management insights drawn from decades of hands-on experience with thousands of apartment units. He is also notably transparent about market risks, regularly warning investors about overleveraging and market timing — a refreshing contrast to the hype-driven content common in real estate education.

Ken monetizes through MC Companies — his real estate investment and property management firm ($1B+ portfolio), bestselling books (The ABCs of Real Estate Investing, Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing, ABCs of Property Management), YouTube channel (500K+ subscribers), the Limitless Expo live events with Tarl Yarber, podcast and speaking engagements, and his website kenmcelroy.com.
