Bryan Orr is the creator of HVAC School, the leading HVAC/R education platform on YouTube with over 250,000 subscribers. Bryan is the co-owner of Kalos Services Inc., an Orlando-area HVAC contracting business, and has become one of the most powerful and recognizable voices in the HVACR industry.

Content covers how to start and grow an HVAC business from the ground up, HVAC troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic procedures, refrigerant charging and recovery best practices, duct design and fabrication for residential and commercial systems, installation best practices for AC units and heat pumps, HVAC business management and operations strategies, hiring and training HVAC technicians effectively, customer service and sales techniques for HVAC companies, equipment reviews and technology updates in the HVAC industry, and energy efficiency and sustainable HVAC solutions.

What makes HVAC School exceptional is its "For Techs, By Techs" philosophy. Bryan combines deep technical expertise with real business ownership experience, creating content that serves both new apprentices learning the trade and established business owners looking to scale. The HVAC School ecosystem includes a wildly successful podcast (one of the top-rated in the trades space), a YouTube channel, a mobile app with calculators and tools, courses, events, and job opportunities. Bryan is known for his sharp wit, practical approach, and commitment to raising the standard of professionalism in the HVAC industry.

Bryan monetizes through Kalos Services (his operating HVAC business), the HVAC School podcast sponsorships, YouTube ad revenue, premium courses and training events, partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and tool companies like TruTech Tools, and the HVAC School website with resources, calculators, and a job board. He also speaks at industry events and trade shows.

For Moonlite users, HVAC is a massive and growing industry worth over $25 billion in the US alone. HVAC technicians earn $50,000-$80,000+ as employees, while HVAC business owners routinely generate $500K-$5M+ in annual revenue. The industry benefits from essential demand (heating and cooling are non-negotiable), seasonal peaks that drive premium pricing, and growing complexity (smart thermostats, heat pumps, IAQ) that increases the value of skilled technicians. Startup costs range from $15,000-$50,000, and the licensing requirements create strong barriers to entry. HVAC School provides the complete technical and business education needed to thrive in this lucrative industry.
