Eszylfie Taylor is the founder of The Taylor Method, the #1 sales training program specifically designed for financial advisors. A Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Top of the Table producer since 2011 — placing him in the top 1% of financial advisors worldwide — Eszylfie has built his reputation as both an active, producing advisor and a world-class sales trainer. In 2018, he was featured as THE financial advisor in a national LinkedIn commercial campaign called "In it Together."

Content covers how to build a successful financial advisory practice from scratch, the four-pillar sales process for financial advisors (prospecting, presenting, closing, referrals), objection handling and elimination strategies for financial products, prospecting high-net-worth individuals and building a quality client base, referral generation systems that create predictable growth, life insurance and financial planning sales techniques, building confidence and mindset as a financial advisor, transitioning from employee advisor to independent practice owner, advanced case design and presentation strategies, and growing from MDRT to Court of the Table and Top of the Table production levels.

What makes Eszylfie exceptional is his rare combination of being an active, top-producing financial advisor while simultaneously running one of the most sought-after sales training programs in the industry. Unlike coaches who stopped producing years ago, Eszylfie practices what he teaches every single day. His Taylor Method offers self-guided online courses, live coaching calls, and enterprise solutions for firms wanting to train their entire advisory teams. He received NAIFA's Advisor Today Top 4 Under Forty award in 2015 and continues to be one of the most recognized young leaders in the financial services industry. His YouTube channel features practical sales training content that helps advisors at every level improve their results.

Eszylfie monetizes through The Taylor Method online sales training platform (self-guided and coached versions), enterprise group licensing for advisory firms and agencies, speaking engagements at financial services conferences and company events, his active financial advisory practice (Taylor Insurance and Financial Services), YouTube content and social media presence, and premium coaching and mentorship programs for high-performing advisors.
