Elicia Crook is the co-founder of Massage Champions (formerly The Health Leader Co) and one of the leading business coaches for massage therapists worldwide. Together with her partner James Crook, she has built a comprehensive education platform that teaches massage therapists how to become "Fully Booked Without Burnout" — addressing both the business and wellness sides of running a massage practice.

Content covers building a fully booked massage therapy practice, marketing strategies specifically for massage therapists (including Instagram deep dives), preventing burnout while maintaining a full client schedule, pricing massage services for sustainability and profitability, client retention and rebooking strategies, using social media to attract massage clients, transitioning from employed therapist to private practice owner, creating systems and workflows for a solo massage business, building passive income streams as a massage therapist, and work-life balance for wellness professionals.

What makes Elicia exceptional is her focus on the unique challenge massage therapists face: their income is directly tied to physical labor, making burnout the number one career killer. Her "Fully Booked Without Burnout" framework addresses this head-on by teaching therapists how to build efficient practices that maximize revenue per session while protecting their bodies and mental health. She is a featured expert on the ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) Podcast, one of the most respected platforms in the massage industry, and her Instagram marketing guidance has helped thousands of therapists build their online presence.

Elicia monetizes through the Massage Champions coaching program (including a 6 Month Success Programme), online courses, the Health Leader Co YouTube channel, speaking engagements at industry events, and partnerships with massage industry organizations like ABMP. Her coaching programs serve therapists globally, demonstrating the scalability of a niche coaching business.

For Moonlite users, Elicia represents two business opportunities: first, starting a massage therapy practice (certification in 6-12 months, $60-150+ per hour earning potential); and second, the meta-opportunity of becoming a niche business coach. Once you master a trade, coaching others to do the same can become an even more scalable and profitable business — exactly what Elicia has done by turning her massage therapy expertise into a global coaching platform.
