Bill Soroka is the founder of NotaryCoach.com and the creator of the Sign & Thrive Notary Training Course and Community, one of the most comprehensive training platforms for aspiring and practicing mobile notaries and loan signing agents. He is also a bestselling author, podcast host, and one of the most respected educators in the notary industry.

Content covers how to start a mobile notary and loan signing agent business, building a six-figure income as a notary public, general notary work beyond loan signings (estate planning, hospital signings, jail signings), marketing and client acquisition for notary businesses, using LinkedIn to supercharge your notary business, state-specific notary training and compliance, specialty notary opportunities (living trusts, adoption paperwork, real estate closings), building systems and hiring to scale a notary operation, the Side Hustle Lounge Podcast featuring entrepreneur interviews, and notary industry trends and regulatory updates.

What makes Bill exceptional is his holistic approach to notary education. While most notary trainers focus solely on loan signings, Bill and his team (including expert Laura Biewer) teach the full spectrum of notary services — from general notary work to specialty appointments. His two bestselling books, "Sign & Thrive" and "SuperCharge Your Notary Business with LinkedIn," have become industry standard reading. His weekly Tuesday Notary Titans calls bring together a community of notaries for ongoing education.

Bill monetizes through the Sign & Thrive course and community (subscription-based), book sales, the Side Hustle Lounge Podcast, speaking engagements, affiliate partnerships with notary supply companies, and coaching. He collaborates with other industry leaders like Laura Biewer and Carol Ray (Notary2Pro) to deliver comprehensive training.

For Moonlite users, becoming a mobile notary is one of the fastest side hustles to launch — certification takes days to weeks depending on state, startup costs are under $500, and notaries can earn $75-200 per appointment. Loan signing agents who specialize in real estate closings earn even more. Bill's training shows how to build this into a six-figure business by diversifying into specialty notary work and building efficient systems.
