Ask ten people what @Iman Gadzhi owns and you'll get ten different answers. Some will say "an agency." Some will say "a course company." A few will say "part of @Whop," and almost nobody will mention that he bought Consulting.com from @Sam Ovens (Skool Co-Founder).

The confusion makes sense. @Iman Gadzhi has spent close to a decade launching, renaming and folding brands into each other. @IAG-Media | Ecommerce Marketing Agency became the story behind @Grow your agency. @Grow your agency fed into @Educate.io. AgenciFlow became Flozy. And his biggest asset today isn't a company he started at all.

So we mapped out every company @Iman Gadzhi owns, co-owns or has built: what each business actually does, when it started, what's verified and what's still just internet folklore.

Quick answer: what companies does Iman Gadzhi own?

As of 2026, @Iman Gadzhi's main companies and holdings are:

@Educate.io (educate.io): his online education platform for skills like sales, copywriting and social media marketing
@Grow your agency: the SMMA training brand behind @Agency Navigator
@Monetise: his faceless digital products program, sold on @Whop
@Whop: a co-ownership stake in the creator marketplace, announced April 2025
Consulting.com: the online business school he bought from @Sam Ovens (Skool Co-Founder) in 2025
Flozy (formerly AgenciFlow): agency management software
@IAG-Media | Ecommerce Marketing Agency: the @Social Media Marketing Agency where it all started
BIG DAY and GADZHI: lifestyle and eyewear brands

His legal surname is Gadzhimagomedov, which matters if you ever go digging through official records. More on that below.

Iman Gadzhi's companies at a glance

Company	What it does	Started or acquired	Ownership	Status in 2026
@IAG-Media \| Ecommerce Marketing Agency	@Social Media Marketing Agency	2017 (founded)	Founder	Now mainly his personal brand site
@Grow your agency	SMMA courses	Around 2019	Founder	Active (@Agency Navigator)
@Educate.io	Skills education platform	2023	Founder	Active
Flozy (ex AgenciFlow)	CRM and agency software	By 2022	Co-founder	Active
@Whop	Creator commerce marketplace	April 2025 (investment)	Co-owner, stake undisclosed	Valued at $1.6B
Consulting.com	Online business school	July 2025 (acquired)	Owner, price undisclosed	Being relaunched
@Monetise	Faceless digital products program	2025	Founder	Active, $1,995
BIG DAY	Lifestyle brand	Not disclosed	Founder	Active
GADZHI	Blue light glasses and apparel	Not disclosed	Founder	Active

Now the detail, in roughly the order he built them.

1. IAG Media: the agency that started everything

@IAG-Media | Ecommerce Marketing Agency is the origin story. @Iman Gadzhi founded it in London in 2017 as a @Social Media Marketing Agency, running paid ads on @Facebook and @instagram and handling client acquisition for businesses. He was a teenager at the time and had dropped out of school.

This is the part people often skip: @IAG-Media | Ecommerce Marketing Agency was never meant to be the big business. It was the proof. @Iman Gadzhi has said the agency reached around $100,000 a month in revenue before he pivoted hard into teaching other people how to do the same thing (a figure repeated in this Everything PR profile). That number is self reported, and we haven't seen independent figures to confirm it.

Does he still own @IAG-Media | Ecommerce Marketing Agency? The iag-media.com domain now works mostly as his personal site, and there's no sign it's operating as a full service client agency anymore. In practice, its role today is marketing: it's the credibility behind every course he sells.

What Companies House actually shows

If you search the UK Companies House register under his legal name, you'll find two appointments for Iman Gadzhimagomedov:

Company	Company number	Role	Appointed	Status
IAG Online Services Ltd	11178977	Director	January 2018	Dissolved
IAG Asset Holdings Ltd	12603066	Director	May 2020	Dissolved

Both are dissolved, which surprises people. It doesn't mean his businesses shut down. It means his current operations aren't held through UK companies registered in his name, which is common once a founder starts running businesses across several countries.

One thing worth clearing up: there's an active company called Iman Gadzhi Consultants Ltd on the register. Its only listed director is someone else entirely, and we found nothing linking it to @Iman Gadzhi. If you've seen it cited as "his company," it isn't, at least not on paper.

2. Grow Your Agency: the course brand that made him rich

@Grow your agency (GYA) is the business most people actually mean when they say "@Iman Gadzhi's course." It teaches people how to start a @Social Media Marketing Agency, the exact model he ran with @IAG-Media | Ecommerce Marketing Agency.

The first version was Agency Incubator, originally launched as Six Figure SMMA. It was a 7 module video course reported at roughly $791 to $991, and it's now closed. Its replacement is @Agency Navigator, the current flagship at $1,499 with 40+ hours of training. If you're comparing the two, here's the short version:

	Agency Incubator	@Agency Navigator
Status	Discontinued	Active, currently for sale
Price	Roughly $791 to $991	$1,499
Content	About 7 modules, around 42 videos	40+ hours across roughly 8 modules

For years @Grow your agency was described as his single biggest earner. The economics explain why. A digital course has almost no cost per extra student, and @Iman Gadzhi's @YouTube channel, with millions of subscribers, brings buyers in for free. A program priced over $1,000 only needs a few thousand students a year to bring in millions.

We've reviewed both programs in detail if you're weighing them up:

3. Educate (educate.io): the move beyond agencies

By the early 2020s, SMMA was getting crowded, and every @YouTube guru had an agency course. @Iman Gadzhi's answer was to go wider.

@Educate.io, launched in 2023 at educate.io, is a skills platform rather than a single course. It covers social media marketing, sales, copywriting and, more recently, AI implementation. Some programs are taught by other instructors instead of @Iman Gadzhi himself, which is a smart move: it lets the platform grow without everything depending on his face.

His pitch for @Educate.io leans on a familiar idea: skills that pay are worth more than a degree that doesn't. You don't have to agree with that framing, but it's clearly resonated with his audience. In the April 2025 Whop announcement, @Educate.io was the company named first when describing his background.

Think of @Educate.io as the umbrella. @Grow your agency is a brand; @Educate.io is the platform strategy.

4. Flozy (formerly AgenciFlow): the software play

This one flies under the radar. In 2022, @Iman Gadzhi publicly referred to AgenciFlow as "my software company" on @X (formerly Twitter). It was built for agency owners, many of them, conveniently, his own students.

AgenciFlow has since rebranded as Flozy. It's an all in one tool for running a service business: CRM and lead management, invoicing, contracts, client portals and team project management.

Strategically, this is clever. He teaches people to start agencies, then sells them the software to run those agencies. Software also carries recurring revenue, which is worth far more to a buyer or investor than one time course sales. His exact ownership share hasn't been published.

If you're comparing agency programs beyond @Iman Gadzhi's, our Charlie Morgan Imperium Acquisition review looks at a different spin on the same agency model.

5. Whop: Iman Gadzhi's biggest (and least understood) asset

If you want to understand @Iman Gadzhi's wealth in 2026, start here.

On April 2, 2025, @Whop announced that Iman had joined as a co-owner and investor. @Whop is a marketplace where creators sell digital products, paid communities, software and courses. It was founded in 2021 by Steven Schwartz, Cameron Zoub and Jack Sharkey. At the time of the announcement, @Whop said it was on track to process over $1 billion in annual payments.

The press release also said @Iman Gadzhi would take a hands on role in expanding the platform's reach, which makes sense. His audience is exactly the kind of people who buy and sell on @Whop.

Date	@Whop milestone
2021	Founded by Steven Schwartz, Cameron Zoub and Jack Sharkey
April 2025	@Iman Gadzhi joins as co-owner and investor
February 2026	Tether invests $200 million at a $1.6 billion valuation

How much of Whop does Iman Gadzhi own?

Nobody outside the deal knows. The stake size has never been disclosed, by @Iman Gadzhi or by @Whop. Any article that gives you a specific percentage is guessing.

What we do know is the valuation. In February 2026, Tether invested $200 million in Whop at a $1.6 billion valuation. Around that time @Whop reported 18.4 million active users across 144 countries.

To put that in perspective, here's some simple math. These are hypothetical percentages, not his real stake:

Hypothetical stake	Paper value at $1.6B
1%	About $16 million
3%	About $48 million
5%	About $80 million

That's why people keep searching "@Whop valuation @Iman Gadzhi." Even a small slice of @Whop could be worth more than everything else he owns combined. It's also why his net worth estimates vary so wildly. We break down the full picture in our Iman Gadzhi net worth 2026 article.

Keep one caveat in mind: private company equity is paper wealth. It can't be spent until there's a sale, a secondary deal or an IPO, and valuations move.

6. Consulting.com: buying Sam Ovens' old empire

This is the deal that caught the "make money online" world off guard. In July 2025, @Iman Gadzhi announced on Instagram that he'd bought Consulting.com, the online business school @Sam Ovens (Skool Co-Founder) built into one of the biggest names in the space during the 2010s with programs like @Consulting Accelerator. These days @Sam Ovens (Skool Co-Founder) is best known for co-founding @Skool.

The price was never disclosed, as Supedia's coverage of the deal also notes. A press release in January 2026 described Consulting.com as a legacy education and advisory company and said @Iman Gadzhi plans to revive it and fold it into his wider education business. He called it a long term asset and talked about owning established platforms with lasting intellectual property.

Why buy an older brand instead of building a new one? A few reasons are obvious:

The domain alone: Consulting.com is a premium, category defining name
The back catalogue: years of proven training content he can repackage
Trust: a brand that's been around for over a decade carries credibility a new launch can't

You can already see the content being reused. @Monetise, his newest program, includes a legacy training archive from the Consulting.com program as a bonus.

If you're curious about the person who built it, see our piece on Sam Ovens' net worth.

7. Monetise: Iman Gadzhi's newest program

@Monetise is where all of the above connects. It's @Iman Gadzhi's program for building a faceless digital products business: ebooks, templates, guides, sold through @Whop without showing your face.

The main tier costs $1,995 (with a payment plan available). Here's what that price includes, based on our Monetise review:

What's included	Details
Core course	6 chapters, 33+ video lessons on niche selection and product creation
AI tools	Synthesise (niche research) and Ghostwriter OS (sales copy)
Community	6,000+ members plus daily coaching calls
Bonus	Legacy Consulting.com training archive

Look at the full loop:

@Iman Gadzhi's @YouTube channel sends traffic to a free event like the Side Hustle Summit he ran with Russell Brunson
The event sells @Monetise
@Monetise teaches students to sell products on @Whop
Every student sale is processed by @Whop, a company he partly owns

Whatever you think of the course itself, that's a sharp piece of business design. He earns when you buy the course, and his @Whop stake benefits when you succeed.

Not sure what you'd even sell? Start with our list of digital products to sell. If $1,995 is out of budget right now, our guide to making money online with zero investment covers free routes, and our list of AI tools to make money shows what you can do without a paid program.

8. BIG DAY, GADZHI and his smaller brands

Outside education and software, @Iman Gadzhi owns a couple of consumer brands. These are smaller bets and don't appear to be a big part of his income.

BIG DAY: a lifestyle brand, named in @Whop's 2025 announcement. It has included an electrolyte drink and a training app.
GADZHI: an eyewear and apparel label known mainly for blue light blocking glasses.

A January 2026 press release also listed Lyra, Hears and Hills among his holdings. We couldn't find reliable public detail on what those companies do or how much of them he owns. Press releases like this are paid distribution, not independent reporting, so we're treating those names as "claimed, unverified" for now.

How Iman Gadzhi's companies fit together

Step back and there's a clear pattern. @Iman Gadzhi's businesses aren't random; they stack.

Layer	What it does	His businesses
Attention	Free top of the funnel	@YouTube, @instagram, X
Education	Sells the skill	@Grow your agency, @Educate.io, @Monetise, Consulting.com
Tools	Sells the software to use the skill	Flozy, AI tools bundled in his programs
Infrastructure	Takes a cut of every transaction	@Whop

Early on, he sold a skill. Then he sold courses about the skill. Now he owns part of the platform that processes other people's course sales. Each move put him one level further from trading his own time for money.

He isn't the only creator building this way. Dan Koe and Jordan Welch have both turned big audiences into education businesses, at very different price points.

That's also the real answer to "is @Iman Gadzhi legit?" His businesses are real, registered and making money. Whether his courses are worth it for you personally is a separate question, which we tackle in Is Iman Gadzhi Legit? For unfiltered student opinions, it's also worth searching @reddit directly.
