1. Canva (Free Tier)
If you're doing 
Selling Printables on Etsy, Canva's free tier is enough to build a $2K/month shop. Templates, mockups, and export to PDF.
2. Carrd ($0 for basic site)
Need a landing page for your Service Arbitrage Business? Carrd gives you a clean one-page site for free. Look professional in 20 minutes.
3. Google Trends
Before you create any product or start any side hustle, check Google Trends. Is demand going up or down? Takes 2 minutes and saves you months of wasted effort.
4. Wave (Accounting)
Free invoicing and accounting. If you're a freelancer making under $100K, you do NOT need QuickBooks. Wave handles invoicing, expense tracking, and basic reports for $0.
5. ChatGPT (Free Tier)
Use it for product descriptions, email templates, brainstorming business names, writing proposals. Saves 5–10 hours/week on writing tasks.
6. Notion
Free for personal use. Build your client CRM, project tracker, content calendar, and SOPs all in one place. The freelancers making $5K+ all have systems — Notion is usually that system.
7. Tally (Free Forms)
Better than Google Forms, unlimited forms for free. Use it for client intake, surveys, order forms. A good intake form immediately makes you look more professional.
The Real Point
You don't need expensive tools to start making money. The person using Canva + Wave + Notion consistently will out-earn the person with $500/month in software subscriptions who never ships anything.
