Hey guys, I’m doing dropshipping while doing job, my time is super limited. I also wanna to spend my free time with family and friends too, which means I can’t always reply to messages on my store quickly. sometimes it even takes me like 2 3 days, and I know that is leaving a bad impression on customers and kinda hurting my store’s rep. Managing everything by myself is getting really tough for me.
so now I’m thinking about getting an ai chatbot to handle customer messages. Do you think that’s a good idea? I’m just worried it could have some negative effects on the store or the customer experience. will it hurt my store?
