In dropshipping, almost all of us have had to deal with refunds, and we’ve given refunds too. But how do you know how many refunds are considered “normal” and won’t put your business at risk?
I’m mainly worried about chargebacks and payment gateways getting frozen. I’ve heard different stories, I have a friend whose account got frozen after just one chargeback, while others have had two or three chargebacks and nothing happened.
