I have a friend who does dropshipping, but he seems to reset everything every few months. New store, new product, start over. What I don’t really get is how some people do the opposite and stick with one store long term.
How do people start out dropshipping and then keep building on the same store for years? I’ve seen sellers eventually stop dropshipping altogether and turn that store into a legit brand with private label or custom products.
What does that path actually look like in real life? How do you go from testing random products to owning a real ecommerce brand?
