I’ve been doing dropshipping for about 4 months, and now I’m getting around 10 sales a day. The problem is that I’m shipping products from china to the USA, and lately the shipping has been getting delayed. Customers have started complaining, and I really don’t want to deal with chargebacks.
I’ve done some research and saw people talking about using a warehouse, but I’m confused. Since I’m doing dropshipping, I’m not buying inventory in bulk like a traditional ecommerce business.
So as a dropshipper, does it actually make sense to get a warehouse and hold inventory, or is there a better way to solve these shipping delays?
