I've been on the Cyber/Tech Sales side for ~12 years and currently manage our largest customers in the southeast. I've been entertaining the idea of starting my own Cyber Risk Advisory firm for SMB's. My goal end goal is to sign on a handful of clients that I advise on best practices of reducing risk in their organization.
For those of you with your own cyber security firms (doesn't have to be Risk Advisory) I'd be curious to know what would have liked to know upfront before starting your business?
