Another big lesson was focus. A few products were selling but instead of doubling down I kept launching new ones that flopped. When I leaned into what already worked and bundled best sellers together order value went up without extra effort.
Promotion mattered too but not in the way I expected. Repurposing the same product photos into Pinterest pins and simple TikTok slideshows did more than overthinking content ever did.
And finally I started tracking everything. Every small cost adds up and understanding where money was actually going made the business feel real instead of chaotic.
Looking back the hardest part was not learning Etsy. It was surviving the quiet phase without quitting.
