This is the part I keep getting stuck on. At the beginning everything feels noisy. One sale feels lucky. No sales feels discouraging. Advice online says just pivot or double down but neither feels obvious when you are actually in it.
I am curious how people actually knew not in hindsight but in the moment that a niche was worth committing to instead of constantly tweaking, rebranding or starting over.
- Was it when sales became a little more predictable?
- When favorites kept coming in even during slow weeks?
- When small changes actually made a difference instead of nothing happening at all?
For those who have been through it how did you personally decide this niche had potential and was not just a short lived experiment?
