The longer I do this, the more I realize clients rarely say the things that actually matter to them. A lot of what they appreciate stays completely unspoken. Clients thank you for the obvious stuff responsiveness negotiation getting things closed. But I have a feeling there are things they quietly appreciate and never actually say.
The stuff that makes them feel safe, understood or less overwhelmed but never comes up in a review or thank you message.
For those who have worked closely with buyers or sellers, what do you think clients notice and appreciate but do not really talk about?
Curious what people have picked up on over time.
