I just got hit with the “Limit Maximum Order Volume” violation on TikTok Shop, and my appeal was rejected for “Missing Supporting Material.”
The confusing part is TikTok only lets you upload JPEG images (1–10 files, max 5MB each).
No PDFs, no invoices, no packing slips, no Excel sheets… nothing except JPGs.
So now I’m sitting here wondering what they actually expect from us.
For anyone who has successfully gotten this violation lifted:
-
What did you upload as “supporting material”?
-
Are people literally just screenshotting everything and converting it to JPG?
-
Did you include packaging photos, workflow screenshots, proof of monitoring orders, team process pictures, anything like that?
If there’s a specific type of image that worked for you, it would honestly help a lot. TikTok gives zero clarity and just sends the same rejection message every time.
