I keep seeing mixed answers about this, and honestly it is the one part nobody gives a straight answer to. Some agents say they were earning in a few months. Others talk about needing a full year or even two before anything felt stable.
I was reading through a few threads and it shocked me how many people said their first 6 to 12 months were basically survival mode. A couple even said they did not see consistent income until their second year once referrals and repeat clients started kicking in.
So I am curious for those of you who actually stuck with it
How long did it take before you started seeing income you could actually rely on?
And was there a specific moment where things finally clicked or did it just slowly build over time?
I am trying to understand the real timeline not the sugarcoated one.
