I’m brand new to TikTok Shop and somehow got deactivated on my very first order. I accidentally chose the wrong shipping option while setting up my shop, shipped the package with my own label, then corrected the setting and bought a USPS label through TikTok to mark the order properly.
The customer understood the mix-up when I explained it, but later opened a refund request anyway, and right after that my shop was fully deactivated. I’ve appealed twice with tracking and screenshots, but both appeals were denied.
At this point I’m not sure if this is fixable or if TikTok usually shuts out new sellers this fast.
Has anyone ever had a shop get reinstated after something like this?
