I’m not new to TikTok Shop, I had a shop last year with no issues, but I just opened a new one, sold my first item, and it’s showing a 31-day payout hold.
Is this actually the new policy for new shops? Because if every sale is going to be locked up for a month, I honestly don’t see how small businesses are supposed to operate. I can’t imagine scaling inventory when the money isn’t released until the next month.
Has anyone else dealt with this recently? Does it change after the first payout or is this a long-term thing now?
Would appreciate any clarity from people who’ve gone through it.
