I just opened a TikTok Shop and I’m planning to launch a product in a couple of months. I’m trying to understand how people get affiliates when they’re brand new, because from what I’ve seen… creators won’t even look at your product if you don’t already have sales or some kind of traction.
For anyone who’s been through this, what’s the actual strategy here?
Like, how do you convince affiliates to even try your product when you’re starting from zero? Do you DM creators? Offer higher commissions? Samples? Ads?
TL;DR: what’s the realistic way to get affiliates on board when you’re new and don’t have social proof yet?
