I never understood why people kept saying digital products feel freeing.. until I actually sold one.
My first course was not huge a couple of sales, nothing crazy. But the feeling hit me in a way no job ever did.
I was not trading time for money.
I was not waiting for my boss to approve anything.
I was not stuck in meetings or on someone elses schedule or pretending to be busy for eight hours.
I built something once and someone out there decided it was worth paying for.
That moment felt different. Not because of the money 'it wasn’t life changing', but because it showed me I could create something that lived outside my job, outside my hours, outside my limitations.
A job gives stability.
But selling a course gave me this quiet sense of self trust I never felt before. Like
Oh.. I can actually build things people want.
It is not passive or effortless.
But it felt like the first time I was npt trapped inside someone elses system.
If anyone else has sold a course even just one did you feel that same shift?
That little spark that made you rethink everything?
