I launched my course thinking at least a few people would buy and absolutely nothing happened.
No sales.
No questions.
Not even a polite looks interesting.
It was weirdly embarrassing, even though nobody saw it fail but me.
So I spent a few days trying to figure out what I did wrong and the answer ended up being stupidly simple..
I never actually explained the problem my course solved.
My landing page talked about features, modules, lessons, bonuses all the stuff.
But nowhere did I talk about the actual pain point someone might be dealing with.
The moment I rewrote my page around the problem instead of the product, everything changed.
Within 48 hours I got my first purchase.
Then a couple more.
It did not turn into thousands overnight or anything like that, but it went from silent to alive and that shift felt huge.
It made me realize that people do not buy courses because they look nice.
They buy because they want relief, clarity or a solution that feels doable.
I am curious if anyone else had a moment like this one change that quietly turned everything around.
