Can someone explain GMV on TikTok Shop + LTK?

I’m confused about how GMV actually works. For example, if my TikTok video gets a few thousand views, some link clicks, and even add-to-carts, but no purchases, does that count as GMV at all?

Same with LTK: do clicks or carts affect GMV, or is GMV only the amount from completed purchases?
