So I’m in the TikTok Shop pilot program and I’ve been posting using stuff I already have at home. I’ve got around 1.1k followers and my videos usually get 500–800 views, but still zero sales, which means I’m not getting approved for any free samples yet.
I know refundable samples exist, but I’m not trying to risk money I might not make back.
For anyone who’s already doing this, how did you get those first sales or get approved for samples without any sales history? And any tips for growing enough to post more than 5 shop videos a week would be awesome.
