I keep seeing people talk about how simple it is to launch a course, but every time I try to figure it out, I end up with more questions than answers. There are outlines, recordings, pricing, platforms… and everyone seems to recommend something different.
For those of you who have actually done it, how did you begin?
Did you map out the whole thing first or build as you went?
And which platform felt the most beginner friendly Udemy, Teachable, Kajabi, Gumroad or something else entirely?
Not looking for polished blueprints just real experiences from people who took their idea and actually turned it into a course.
