Been thinking a lot about the early mistakes people make when starting a cybersecurity business. Looking back at my own beginning I already see things I could have avoided overbuilding processes, taking on the wrong clients undercharging… you name it.
For those of you who have been running your own security business for a while, what is something you would skip if you had to restart? A type of client? Or extra tools you did not need?
Just trying to learn from the scars before I collect my own.
