I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Feels like every month there is some new tool or AI feature that claims to automate half the work we do like reporting, scanning and even parts of auditing.
If you are running a cybersecurity business solo or small team, how are you getting ready for this shift? Are you doubling down on the human side relationships, strategy, hands on work or leaning into automation and trying to make it work for you instead of against you?
Not looking for hype or buzzwords just trying to understand what real people are actually doing to stay relevant as everything gets automated.
