From the last 2 months, I’ve been trying to find winning product but I think I’ve been doing it wrong. that’s probably why I can’t find anything that actually works.
basically what I was doing is, just watching youtube videos and seeing what other people are selling or what’s trending. I saw few youtubers saying home improvement stuff has huge demand so I started picking high selling home products.
then I saw another youtuber saying fitness products ar good for dropshipping, so I jumped into that too without looking at numbers.
Now I’m feeling super demotivated because I’m starting to realize I was doing this in a bad way. most of the products I pick are already being sold by a ton of people.
recently I learned that it’s better to pick products where competitor ads have been running for more than 90 days in the meta ads library. that kinda shows the product is actually profitable. and then check those stores estimated sales using tools like sellercenter.io.
But honestly I still don’t have a clear idea of what the actual criteria is for calling something a winning product. like how do successful dropshippers really validate products? I feel like I’m missing something.
