If you’ve run a clothing brand before, what actually made it succeed or fail?
I’m planning to start a small brand next year, probably just hoodies or streetwear at first, and I want to learn from real experiences instead of guessing.
How did you get your first customers, what mistakes cost you money or time, and what do you wish you’d done differently? If things didn’t work out, would you try again with a new approach? I’d really appreciate any honest stories or lessons, good or bad.
