How would you market a clothing brand without paid ads?

I’m building a small streetwear brand and trying to grow it without relying on Facebook/Instagram ads. I know a lot of indie brands don’t have big budgets in the beginning, so I’m curious how people actually get traction organically.

If you had to market a streetwear brand with zero paid ads, what would you focus on?

• TikTok/Reels content?

• Influencers or micro-creators?

• Pop-up events or local collabs?

• Building a community around a niche?

For anyone who’s done this before, I’d really love to hear what worked, what failed, and how long it took before you started seeing consistent sales. I’m looking for realistic, low-budget strategies?
