I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about YouTube automation lately, people saying it’s one of the best ways to make money online in 2025 without showing your face. But honestly, I’m still a bit confused about how it actually works from start to finish.
From what I understand, you create a channel, hire people to write scripts, do voiceovers, and edit videos… then you just upload and earn from ads. But that sounds too simple, there’s got to be more to it, right?
Here’s what I’m trying to figure out:

How do you even start if you have zero editing or scripting experience?

Do you need to hire a whole team, or can you automate most parts yourself?

What kind of channels are actually doing well with automation right now (finance, stories, tech, etc.)?

How much upfront investment does it take before you start seeing profit?
Also, for those already doing YouTube automation, is it still worth it in 2025, or is the competition too high?
I’d really appreciate it if someone could share their real workflow or step-by-step process instead of the overhyped “easy money” version.
