I’ve been stuck on this question for weeks now. Every YouTube guru says “find a winning product,” but no one explains what that even looks like in real life.
Like, I scroll through AliExpress and see fidget toys, kitchen gadgets, LED lights… but are those still considered good? Or has the market already moved on?
To me, “good” could mean a few different things:

Something that solves a real problem (not just a cool gadget).

Something light and easy to ship.

Something that isn’t already being sold by 10,000 other people.
But here’s the thing: how do you actually know before investing in ads?
Do you guys test products with small budgets first, or rely on trend tools like TikTok, Google Trends, etc.?
I’d love to hear from people actually running dropshipping stores right now, what makes a product “good” for you, and are there categories that are still worth exploring in 2025?
