I’ve been trying to figure out how to optimize my LinkedIn profile. Right now, it just feels like a plain resume copy-paste and I’m not sure it’s giving off the right impression.
For those of you who’ve actually optimized your profile and seen results (like more recruiters reaching out, better networking, etc.), what made the biggest difference? Was it the headline, the “About” section, the way you listed experience, or even adding personal projects?
Would love to hear what’s worked for you, real tips from experience rather than the generic “add keywords” stuff 🙏
