I tried setting up a dropshipping store last year and honestly, I barely broke even after running ads. It feels like every niche is already saturated, and suppliers don’t always deliver on time which kills customer trust.
But at the same time, I keep seeing YouTubers flexing crazy profit numbers, so I’m wondering if I just went about it wrong. Is anyone here still making real money with dropshipping, or is it one of those things that only worked years ago?
