I’ve been thinking about building a custom Shopify theme and trying to get it approved on the official Shopify theme store. But honestly, I’ve heard mixed things… some people say it’s super competitive and hard to get approved, while others claim it’s still possible if you focus on quality + a unique niche.
Has anyone here actually submitted a theme and gotten it accepted? How tough was the process, and do sales actually come in after all the effort? Just wondering if it’s worth grinding on one theme or if independent marketplaces are a better route.
