Stable income: Somewhat stable

Microgreens farming can be a moderately stable side hustle for most people. From my research and observations online, individuals can establish a decent baseline income, but there can be fluctuations in earnings due to factors like market demand and crop yield variations. While some months may yield similar profits, others could be more unpredictable. I'd rate it a 2 out of 3 because there is potential for consistent income, but it may not always be as steady as a traditional job paycheck.
