I was impressed by Jordan's YouTube videos and expected the course to help me get started, but it was a big disappointment. The content was confusing and felt overpriced, and when I asked for help, I was essentially told I was on my own. Complaints were handled poorly and felt like one person was handling everyone with no proper answers to queries.
