A lot of people say dropshipping isn’t scalable, but I actually believe it can be a very scalable business model. The catch is that in the beginning, it requires a lot of effort and hard work.
Early on, you have to manage everything yourself — product research, testing, validation, store setup, customer support, and daily operations. But once your store is properly set up and you build a solid system, it becomes much more scalable.
Over time, you can add team members, automate processes, and delegate tasks. That’s how you grow from one store to multiple stores and eventually build a real brand.
