A huge waste of time and money. I paid a premium of $250/monthly to automate my existing online store with my supplier. I am looking to scale up and automate processes, so I figure lets give this software a try since its compatible with Prestashop. My supplier is already listed in their directory--it'll be better than emailing my vendor all the time to process orders.

I am giving this company this score for these reasons: onboarding team is sporadic (lack of cohesion within the team and I wonder if they're all on the same page with the data I keep sending over to them to setup automation because they keep asking me for the same thing over-and-over) its been 3 weeks, and they still haven't fully set everything up, the technical team hasn't followed up after 3 days of putting in a request for integration, and for a company that has 24/7 support--the support isn't available!

Since I haven't used it and automation never happened with onboarding, I hope this company gives me a full refund--I have asked with no response so far.
