Dropshipping is pretty scalable since everything’s run online. As sales grow, you can just increase your ad spend and reach more people. Like if you spend $100 and make $500 or $1,000 back, you can slowly bump up the budget and grow from there.
You can also create more ad creatives, build a small team over time, and eventually hand off the stuff you were doing yourself in the beginning. That’s what really makes it scalable.
I started with just one store, and now I run three. I don’t handle everything on my own anymore. I’ve got a support team helping with customers, and I work with people who manage my Meta ads. Once things are set up right, it can grow a lot.
