I always suggest new dropshippers start with at least a $5,000 budget. The truth is, there’s about a 99% chance your first product will fail, and beginners usually make mistakes on their first launch. Testing just one product can easily cost around $1,000.
If you have a $5,000 budget, you can test a second and third product, and you’ll also have enough backup funds to handle supplier payments if your payment gateways get frozen in the beginning.
