according to me, scaling is hard because you don’t have full control over products. Suppliers sometimes delay shipments, fulfill orders late, and that leads to chargebacks. Because of that, real scaling often only becomes possible when you move from pure dropshipping into a more traditional ecom model, where you handle manufacturing or inventory yourself. That’s when you can truly build a brand and scale long-term with less risk.
