If I talk about realistic earnings, the most I’ve personally made so far from dropshipping is around $5k/month net profit after all costs.
When you see Shopify dashboard screenshots on social media showing $1M sales or $100k sales, people forget that to reach those numbers you need big ad budgets and a lot of time. And even if a store hits $1M in total sales, once you subtract ad costs, product costs, shipping, and payment processing fees, a healthy store usually sits around 20-30% net profit.
If you’re a beginner and just getting started, it’s realistic to reach around $5k/month net profit within 6 months. You need a problem solving product, a reliable supplier, and enough ad budget.
And the biggest thing is this: don’t quit after your first product fails, because every dropshipper goes through that in the early stages.
