I honestly don’t think dropshipping is passive income at all.
To me, passive income means you don’t work and your money keeps working for you, like you’re earning while you sleep.
But dropshipping is the opposite in the beginning. It takes real effort. You have to handle everything yourself: testing ad creatives, validating products, talking to suppliers, dealing with customer complaints. I feel like if I disappear even for one day, everything would stop.
That’s not how passive income works.
Yes, there comes a point in dropshipping where you can hire a team and delegate most of the tasks. But that only happens after you find a winning product and build the right brand. And that takes time. I’m still working toward that stage myself.
